Jobs for Life is a biblically based, church led, relationship centered, character driven ministry that engages and equips the church to help people find dignity, value and hope in meaningful work which honors and glorifies God and shows the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Through Jobs for Life training, students will be able to:
Understand the value of and impact of positive character in the workplace
Create a realistic and achievable vocational plan for their journey
Learn effective communication, conflict resolution and job sustainability skills
Be introduced to employers and available community services resources
And understand God's design for work and the unique skills and abilities they have been given.
One-on-one mentors will attend classes one night a week for eight weeks to guide students through materials and establish a helping and supportive relationship. Send us a message below if you are interested and we will be in touch.

Pastor Rod Kerr
Rod Kerr is a Minister of Education -- but he is also a pastoral psychotherapist, a corporate consultant, and a life purpose coach. He is the creator of The Poiema Project discipleship strategy, family life educator, and staff minister with the Single Adult Ministries. His partner in ministry is Robin who also helps lead couples retreats, classes and seminars.
